Due to the handmade nature of all of our jewellery the item you receive may differ slightly from the photograph on the website. We believe this adds to the charm of our jewellery and means you will receive an item which is truly unique. The colour in the photo is a true representation of the item you will receive, but please allow for differences attributed to your monitor.

 

Shipping

If you purchase an item from our Online shop we will try dispatch it to you by standard delivery within 48 hours of receiving your order. If for any reason this is not possible we will contact you via email or telephone within 24 hours. While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.

If you would like a bespoke item of jewellery made or have preordered an item out of stock we will endeavour to dispatch it to you within 14 days of receiving final confirmation of your requirements.​The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout before you are asked to confirm the order. The price you pay will include any applicable taxes for all deliveries within the European Union.

 

Returns

​If you are not satisfied with the goods you have a right to cancel the contract, return the un-worn goods within 14 days and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. Please send an e-mail to us before you return goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why.If your items arrives damaged please contact us to arrange the return of the item and either a replacement product or a full refund (to include any postage costs incurred).​The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

 

Privacy

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.​None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.​
